Empowering Lives, Security Housing
At Community Development Services LLC, we specialize in finding stable housing while
establishing a basic living budget for the elderly, those with disabilities, and those who are
homeless through consultation, transition, and continued assistance. We progress towards
this goal by working with the clients to achieve self-sufficiency and housing stability by meeting
people where they are while remaining mindful of cultural differences. In addition to helping our
community, we believe we can remove obstacles to a healthy quality of life. CDS will ensure
that the people we assist can develop their sense of empowerment and take control of their path
toward a fulfilled life.
Our Services
Housing Consultation provides support to individuals in creating a personalized housing-focused person-centered plan. It helps individuals access essential state plan services that promote housing stability and offers guidance on additional services through referrals and information. This service is specifically designed for individuals on Medical Assistance who do not have a waiver case manager, or a mental health-targeted case manager involved. Assisting with the development of a housing transition plan Identifying and addressing barriers to accessing suitable housing Conducting a thorough search for a stable and suitable home for the individual Providing support in applying for benefits to afford housing costs. Contacting housing options to gather information and check availability. Assisting with tenant screening and conducting housing assessments
The Housing Support program focuses on early intervention and identifying behaviors that could lead to losing a client’s home. It provides training on responsible tenants, lease compliance, and effective property management. Supports individuals in understanding and maintaining their housing.

Both Housing Transition and Housing Sustaining are available from us. Those in need of assistance finding, planning for, and moving into housing are given transition services. Those who require assistance to stay in their existing housing are given sustaining services.
